This tea can be re-steeped 4 times. We recommend using 4 grams of this whole leaf tea for 150ml of water

Houjicha is a brown tea, sparkling bronze under the sunlight, made from late season tea leaves that are steamed and dried. It is roasted over a charcoal pot that lends it a crisp note of nuts. When you savour a fulfilling taste of barley with an oozing caramel ending, note that it is so pure that it is fit for little ones too. The taste lingers, for a few hours, reminding one of the luxurious breaks that the cup served.
