Bedazzling your cup is a very rare jewel; this fine Queshe Bud of Chanxin regions is one of the rarest green teas that grows slowly, and can be picked only for 3-5 days a year. The minty, earthy notes of its bright jade green essence, are indeed worth savouring!
What makes it great
Involving a unique oxidation method, the lightly roasted tea leaves are placed on a tray and shook to let them rub against each other, every 8-12 hours. This brisk friction encourages the leaves to oxidize naturally and develop full, smooth, clean flavours and an extraordinary aftertaste representative only to this tea.
Taste and Aroma notes
Each infusion surfaces hints of earthy, grassy notes and leaves a pleasant almost caramel-like tingling sensation on the tongue. Aromas including mint and sandalwood circle with a soothing floral finish
Don't throw away your tea after steeping it! One of the greatest advantage of drinking whole leaf tea is that each serving of leaves can be re-steeped many times.
This tea can be re-steeped 4 times. We recommend using 3 grams of this whole leaf tea for 150 ml of water
50 gms= 66 cups of tea
We recommend returning to any used tea leaves within the day.
