Chaoquing is grown on small farmlands near cold mountainous regions over a longer period that envelops the green tea with higher nutrition and a characteristic spicy flavor and aroma that hum throughout the cup. This green tea is good for skincare and aids digestion.

What makes it great
An old tea with a distinguished toasty aftertaste, it brightens the mind and becomes an acquired taste for tea-lovers over time. Roasted gently in a wok, its dark green wiry leaves embody themselves with fresh and nuanced flavour profiles.Traditionally this tight tea was heated by hand-kneading it to retain its delicate shape, a practice still followed by many tea-farmers.

This tea can be re-steeped 4 times. We recommend using 4 grams of this whole leaf tea for 150ml of water
