Eastern Beauty Oolong Tea is the perfect example of harmonious give and take between nature, as this tea is grown in lower elevations and warmer, humid areas to attract Jacobiasca formosana or Jassid grasshoppers towards the tea plants. These tea jassids bite into the leaves, buds and stem and create unique juices in the plants which allows the leaves to gain a delicious and intense honeyed fruity flavour!
