The offset umbrella has a durable aluminum pole with a powder coated Grey paint finish which is rust and scratch resistant, and the steel frame ribs provide substantial support for the cantilever canopy. Included with this outdoor cantilever umbrella is an X shaped base frame that is designed to hold patio base weights (not included) to keep the patio umbrella stable. WEATHER & FADE RESISTANT POLY FABRIC CANOPY: Constructed with 240 gsm polyester fabric designed for outdoor use, the umbrella canopy is fade, stain and weather resistant. The canopy is attached to steel rib frames to keep it secure, and it can dust can be removed easily by hosing off the canopy and allowing it to air dry.
CRANK OPEN AND 5 POSITION TILT: Opening the offset umbrella and adjusting the angle based on the suns position couldn't be easier! Simply use the crank handle to open the umbrella, and adjust the tilt positions by using the handle. This allows you to provide the maximum amount of shade all day long.
X SHAPED UMBRELLA BASE WITH 360¡ã ROTATION: Combine the rotation feature with the 5 position tilt and you've got shade coverage from sun up to sun down. More weights may be added for increased stability in windy environments. Base weights are not included, and can be purchased additional.

HANGING UMBRELLA CANOPY WITH WIND VENT: Incorporated into the umbrella canopy is a wind vent to promote air flow, and to prevent wind gusts from tipping over the cantilever umbrella. We do recommend adding extra base weight to the X stand if you live in a windy environment, and keeping the umbrella closed when not in use.
