What makes it great
A green tea created by leveraging heat, without steaming is called a ‘hong qing’, where in its initial processing stages, it is dried by baking over charcoal fire. The ‘baked’ designation adds deserving character to the whole buds and leaves of this tea, creating a bright liquid with floral fragrances so distinctly strong, yet pleasingly familiar.
