Described as the most beautiful reincarnation of the Peony fairy, this rich, fluffy and velvety whole leaf white tea is grown with the delicate care of thin high mountain air of Darjeeling’s beautiful Spring.
What makes it great
The most aromatic Bai Mudan is created by the signature style of plucking followed for this tea using ‘two leaves and one bud’. This plucking method allows the tea to develop its characteristic complex and fruity flavour and offer an instant lift-me-up experience. Large portions of the leaf are left untouched to create a well-rounded balance of sweet and woody scents, making it a natural mood enhancer.
Taste and Aroma Notes
Preferred by white tea drinkers for its refreshing, fuller flavour, aromatic character and bolder potency.
Don't throw away your tea after steeping it! One of the greatest advantage of drinking whole leaf tea is that each serving of leaves can be re-steeped many times.
This tea can be re-steeped 4 times. We recommend using 4 grams of this whole leaf tea for 150ml of water
75 gms= 75 cup of tea
We recommend returning to any used tea leaves within the day.
