Perfumed by the misty mountains of Wuyi county, Chun Yu Song is a vibrant light green brew with pure floral, and woody undertones. Chun yu, which refers to cloud and mist teas, is grown on high elevations, where thin winds and wispy clouds drift slowly every morning over the tea gardens. This renders nourishing moisture to the tea bushes, thereby allowing the slim, slightly curled green tea leaves to become bright and perfumed.
What makes it great
Spring and hop on an undiscovered sojourn of exploring this tender bud green tea, that is plucked earlier than usual, polished by hand while neatly folding it to create the unique pine-shaped leaves.
Taste and Aroma notes
Wonderfully representing the sweet and mellow flavours of the mountain air with a fresh and lingering woody aroma that dominates the slightly yellow, light green brew.
