What is Tea

THE MATCHA MIRACLE

Originating from Japan, previously, Matcha was only consumed by the Buddhist monks, the sumarai and Japan’s royal families. Samurai would drink it right before hitting the battlefield to energize themselves for a long battle. Matcha is known to give sustained energy levels for four to six hours. The process of making Matcha powder is one that is very labour intensive, given that artisans must pick out the most vibrant coloured tea to pack it into a tin full of good health. Even though it is priced a little higher than other teas, Matcha gives you more value, superior quality and better taste. Drinking tea all through the day keeps the flavonoids in your system, getting you maximum health benefits.
