Tasse de Thé ( for below order amount Rs. 999, we charge Rs.100 as a flat delivery charge. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices.

Order Tracking

The complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service will be sent to you via email, when the order is shipped.

Arrival of order

Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive them within 7-10 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Refunds/Returns (if applicable)

You may return or exchange most new, unused and unopened items within seven (7) days from purchase invoice date. Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be return, refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be return, refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. There is no exchange available on sale items.

Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please use a trackable method for return shipping, and for we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse.

Please send an email with the tracking number of the return shipment to We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, it may take a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellations have to be made within maximum 24-48 hours of placing an order. A formal email specifying the order number has to be sent to us within 24-48 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request. To cancel your order, you send us an email on with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.

Food Products

All food products are non-refundable/exchangeable. Only as mentioned, we will replace food products that have passed its expiration date. In case Tasse De Thé does not have the food product that you may have bought, we will contact you and either ask you to exchange it with another food product of the same value of higher or will refund you your amount.

Product damaged condition/ past its expiry date

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In such a case, we will accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same if the same product is not available. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved in order to make such returns.

Please send us an email on with the image/photo of the invoice copy or the order number, the damaged/expiry dated products with 24-48 hours after the product has been delivered to your address mentioned while filling in your details.
